Do you accept credit cards or U.S. Dollars or Euros?
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club.  At the moment we cannot accept American Express cards.  You can also settle your bill in US Dollars or Euros at Reception Desk.
Attantion:  foreign currency transactions incur an additional  5%  to cover our bank charges and commission.

The Galicja Hotel is 49 km from  Krakow (Balice) airport.

How far is the hotel from Katowice airport?
The Galicja Hotel is 59 km from Katowice (Pyrzowice) airport.

How far is it to the State Museum Auschwitz - Birkenau?
The main part of the museum is only 5 km away.

What is the best way of getting to and from the hotel?
We recommend a Hotel Transfer or  order a taxi at our Reception Desk.  We do not recommend  airport and station  taxis  as they charge more.

What are the bus or train connections?
BUS - There are regular services to and from Krakow.
TRAIN - Oswiecim (Auschwitz) has train connections to Krakow, Vienna, Prague.  The Galicja Hotel is just 3 km from the train station.
We can order a taxi for you at our Reception Desk.

What about car rental?
There are many car rental companies in Poland, based at the local airports and in city centres, such as Krakow.
